Hallo Badhairday-bloggers! Hope new year is going ok for everyone. Am posting these results a bit late as the blood machine at Guys was broken, so didn't get till them 24 hours. Basically all ok. Levels have dropped a bit - but most still within normal
range. Only white blood cell is out of range - but only by a bit. Hospital inform me that counts "bounce around a bit" so not
to worry about things dropping - and they should bounce back up. Goddam hope so - "not to worry" thats a laugh! Bone marrow can take a while to get back into normal working routine after such a blast of continuous poison. I wish everything was higher and normal. But just have to keep walking-the- tight-rope... Next test, Valentines Day. Ciao tutti x
Good news! have a nice day baby :))

Phew! Glad to hear it Tessa. Will still keep fingers and everything else crossed, but good news is good news, even a step at a time. Much love to you in the run-up to your birthday. Wish I could be there to celebrate with you.

How are you feeling – do you feel like you are getting better? Stronger? We had the PG Area Inductions last week. All students and staff in the Main lecture Theatre. The workshops were all represented and did a brilliant job of saying what is available and making the students feel welcome. Students now gradually settling in. I am CD for PGCerts and Dips (56 in total – students not courses). I'm really getting into setting some new projects making connections with GF Smith and the print boys in the old P&P. Kellie has moved into her new flat and has plumbed in her own washing machine, built her own furniture and put up all the rails etc herself. So she's proud of her first flat by herself – purple curtains and all. She can dance the funky chicken without anyone knowing. Mike Brunwin is heading up Quality in his last year before retiring. Joan Burks is retiring as well. So, as ever, all change. I had two vongoles last weekend and I'll be repeating it again this weekend. I'll be Anchovy Pilchard before long. Joke of the week – Kellie came back with a leek from the veg stall. We suggested stuffing it in the ceiling and calling Les to say there's a leek in the roof. Ciao Vongole!
