Brava Espania! Have been filled all day with i.v. antibiotics and blood and platelettes and saline drips. I have got an hours break before getting tubed up to the drip again for tonight…things seem to be happening thick and fast at the moment, too much to remember, which at least gives you guys a break from all medical ins and outs and roundabouts. Weekend at last is over.
I hate to say "Chin up!" since that sounds so Pollyanna-ish. "You can do it!" is on the patronizing side. Encouraging you to wail and scream doesn't sound helpful either. Perhaps meditation would help???
ReplyDeleteWhen this is all over I wonder what you will feel you've learned about yourself, or if you will have changed in any way. Surely it can't leave you just the same as you were before...
All the best, and know you have friends thinking of you off and on at all hours of the day. Much love.
Ciao Bella Donna,
ReplyDeletefinally I finish my beautiful garden, uhmmm Lenka Wayne and your wall garden, it`s beautiful and is waiting for you, is it even the bench ...the small one wayne made it.... just right to the wall so when you out you can seat there and enjoy hopefully the nice weather.

Haven't posted for a while, but look most days.
ReplyDeleteSydney is cold but mostly sunny. We are fixing up our new boat and hope to go for a sail this week. By the time you visit I should be just competent enough to take you out.
We know you're having a tough time. Hold on to good thoughts of sunny days in Oz.
Lots and lots of love K. xxx
It was so good to see you yesterday. I hope they have turned the air con off today as it is much cooler. Much needed rain for the garden and Hurrah workshop roof is nice and dry, I think it's time to get creative. I went and bought a trolley when I left you so I can haul my camping gear miles across fields on Thursday, I think the weather might be interesting....I will miss checking in here but back Sunday ready for Open Studio.
ReplyDeleteJulian and the girls send lots of love and me of course Lxxxxx

ReplyDeletecollege is getting emptier, but barbara is still cleaning away in the print room, so don't worry – no slacking down there. sian x
